• We have both single and multiple cutting head machines
• Our machines have cutting beds that accommodate larger sized monolithic materials
• Materials that we water jet cut are:
  • Metals – Aluminum, Brass, Zinc, Stainless Steel, Bronze, etc.
  • Naturals – Granite, Marble, Ceramic Tiles, Precast Terrazzo, etc.
  • Plastics – Polyvinyl Chloride (PVC) HDPE, etc.
• Can cut various thicknesses of materials. Example – Aluminum from 1/8†to 18†in thickness
• Cutting accuracy down to 0.005†(+/-) – a sheet of notebook paper is 0.004†(+/-)
• Water jet cutting does not generate heat – No warping or blackening of materials to be cut
• We utilize advanced computer nesting software to minimize waste and maximize the number of pieces cut from a unit of material
• Water jets are faster than many other conventional cutting methods
